$18.00 per hour plus $40 per closed sale (will close about 8-10 a week)
Commission pays monthly

Training day 1: 9am CST, 10am EST , 2nd day 10am CST, 11am EST
Schedule: 8am-6pm, Phoenix time | 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
Required to work (1) weekend day rotating, must be flexible on weekends

Job description:
- Handle 50–60 inbound and outbound calls per day to respond to warm homeowner leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Work primarily with warm inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, customer inquiries, and online form submissions, with lead quality averaging 7–10 on a scale of 1–10
- Qualify homeowners by gathering information regarding roof size, roof damage, roof age, and window needs before scheduling appointments
- Convert connected calls into appointments with a target conversion rate of at least 60%
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead information within the system
- Respond to inbound storm-related campaigns and increased call volume following weather events
- Follow up on aged lead data during holidays and slower seasons to generate additional appointments
- Support appointment quality goals by maintaining a 70–80% demo rate on booked appointments for completed sales consultations
Requirements:
- Must have (1) year of call center sales OR appointment setting, outbound/outreach or similar selling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required when going contact to hire.
