Tax Season Scheduler (VITA)

Location: Clearwater, FL 33760 - This position is onsite

Pay: $18

Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Training schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Jan 11-Jan 15)

Type: Contract, January 2027 to April 2027

Start date: Monday, January 11, 2027

Job duties:

Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments for tax assistance and related services.
Communicate with clients via phone and email to coordinate and confirm appointment dates and times.
Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure appointment availability aligns with client and staff schedules.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information and appointment details in the database.
Provide additional administrative and scheduling support as assigned.

Requirements:

MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
Must be friendly and detailed oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Level II background check required
Employment verification required
Education verification required
Drug screening required
References required
