Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Type: Contract/Temporary until April 2026

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Job description:

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls, providing friendly, professional customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments across multiple office locations, ensuring accurate collection and documentation of patient information.
• Direct and transfer calls to appropriate departments while addressing and documenting patient questions and concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service while utilizing medical terminology and basic computer systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities while supporting additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have previous healthcare experience with the ability to work in a high call volume environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic computer skills and good call presence - Able to develop good customer relationships with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Smoke free workplace – Nicotine test required
