Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour

Type:  Contract until end of July 2026, with possible extension

Schedule:. Monday – Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST

 

Job description:

  • 401(k) & Financial Benefits: Administer retirement and financial wellness programs, using advanced Excel to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Operations & Reconciliation: Maintain systems, optimize workflows, and reconcile data between Oracle and vendors using accounting principles.
  • Employee Support: Handle benefit inquiries (focused on 401k), resolving issues with internal teams and vendors.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with retirement plan vendors and support implementations and performance.
  • Enrollment & Improvements: Support open enrollment and projects while recommending process and program enhancements.

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a background in accounting or bookkeeping due to a focus on 401k projects requiring advanced MS Excel
  • Must be advanced MS Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas
  • Must be able to balance and research discrepancies between data and vendor systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
