Location: Orlando, 32810 – This position is onsite

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Job description:

1. Answer incoming and overflow service calls while entering service requests and customer information into the system
2. Complete customer questionnaires and create work orders with all associated documentation attached
3. Coordinate between customers and dispatchers to schedule and manage service calls efficiently
4. Support dispatch operations by providing dispatcher relief and creating follow-up work orders as needed
5. Count, label, and organize planned maintenance filter orders while assisting technicians and Commercial CSR operations through cross-functional support

Requirements:

• Must have related customer service experience
• Must be MS Office proficient
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
