Recovery Representative I – Tier II

Location: Rochester, NY 14623 – This position is onsite

Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM

Job description:

1. Resolved bank returned items accurately and within required timeframes to minimize revenue loss
2. Researched and resolved client account issues, handling objections and ensuring completion of recovery processes
3. Maintained financial and payment records, including EDI reports and payroll hold updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
4. Provided customer support to internal and external clients, explaining processes and service options
5. Followed regulatory guidelines and internal procedures while managing daily processing, reporting, and call volume requirements

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll
• Call center experience

Requirements:

• Must have experience in collections
• Must be proficient with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
