HR Document Control Specialist

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Job description:
- Audit, organize, and restructure corporate HR drives to improve folder hierarchy, document governance, searchability, and data integrity.
- Standardize naming conventions, folder structures, and document organization across policies, procedures, personnel files, and historical records.
- Maintain and update a centralized data map or table of contents to help internal teams quickly locate critical HR and corporate documents.
- Identify, categorize, migrate, and archive legacy business records while supporting the creation of a centralized digital document library.
- Manage sensitive HR documents, employee records, digital workflows, and HRIS-related documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and information security.
Nice to have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Mergers & acquisitions preferred
Requirements:
- Must have (2)+ years of document control, or HR operations preferred
- Must be proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) with an understanding of sharing and permissions
- Must have experience with ADP or similar HRIS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
