Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour with gap insurance experience

Job description:

1. Review and process GAP/Waiver claims by collecting, validating, and analyzing required documentation from customers, lenders, insurers, and dealerships to ensure claim eligibility and completeness.
2. Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment, handling inbound calls related to claim status, documentation requirements, settlement explanations, and claim processing inquiries.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records by updating internal systems with claim activity, conversations, correspondence, documentation, and payment information.
4. Investigate reported claims to verify all required documentation has been received, identify missing information, and follow up with customers and stakeholders to advance claims toward resolution.
5. Prepare and submit completed claim files for final review and disposition, ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, service standards, and schedule adherence requirements.

Nice to have:

• P&C Adjuster’s License
• Bilingual: Spanish/English

Requirements:

• Must have (3)+ years of claims experience
• Must have gap claims experience within auto insurance
• Must have call center experience
• No gap experience would be onsite in Tampa, 33626 at $20-$22 per hour
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
