Pay: $50.00 per hour

Job description:

1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions, from initial sourcing through candidate selection.
2. Source and engage qualified candidates using creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
3. Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, and alignment with open positions.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain candidate activity in the ATS, and prospect candidates for the CRM.
5. Partner with hiring leaders and internal teams, support recruiting events, and provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Must have recent experience in a high-volume recruiting role
• Must have strong creative sourcing skills
• Must be able to learn and navigate ATS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
