Job Description: The Proposal Coordinator provides coordination of the proposal process from initial client engagement to final disposition of the project.
- Assist the Business Development Manager and Project Proposal Manager in the coordination and execution of proposals
- Preparation and organization for the development of experience write-ups for use in proposal and qualification efforts
- Preparation and organization of presentational modules
- Organize and manage the creation and updating of company resumes in accordance with company procedures
- Contract and purchase order administration
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years’ professional office experience
- Construction and/or engineering background a plus
- General knowledge of the proposal development process
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated
