Job Description:   The Proposal Coordinator provides coordination of the proposal process from initial client engagement to final disposition of the project. 

  • Assist the Business Development Manager and Project Proposal Manager in the coordination and execution of proposals
  • Preparation and organization for the development of experience write-ups for use in proposal and qualification efforts
  • Preparation and organization of presentational modules
  • Organize and manage the creation and updating of company resumes in accordance with company procedures
  • Contract and purchase order administration
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional office experience
  • Construction and/or engineering background a plus
  • General knowledge of the proposal development process
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated
