Position:  Bilingual Operations Assistant

Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $14-$16 DOE

Job Description:

  • Direct Assistant to the Operations Manager who reports to the owner
  • Communicating with customers about status of orders
  • Learning and understanding their basic expediting process
  • Assisting Manager in handling invoices both purchasing and selling
  • Inquiring with clients about any missed details
  • Assisting wherever needed

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a small office environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Basic Excel and Computer skills
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Hardworking and Self Motivating 
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
