Assignment duration: Temp to Hire
• Determine and execute all aspects of shipping choices for sales orders on a daily basis
• Follow up on shipments and handle claims and tracking as needed
• Invoicing and filing of all sales orders
• Coordinate with other branches on shipping methods and daily sales orders
• Greet and assist onsite guests, including sales reps for shipping companies
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
- MUST have 2 + years of office exp.
- ANYONE that has any Freight or logistics would be ideal but this exp is NOT required.
- MUST be able to write emails, use a computer to look up information and know what Excel is.
- MUST be reliable, hardworking, MATURE in their thinking of work and being organized and service minded, they want someone that likes to learn and improve things.
