Job Description: This position is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting on 30-35 requisitions at any given time. This position will partner with the HR Generalist and hiring managers to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions within the organization.
- Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, salary range, qualifications and culture fit.
- Fully develop recruiting campaigns for specific openings and maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates
- Coordinate interview process for candidates, including travel arrangements
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine needs of department
- Bachelor’s in Business, Communications or other related disciplines
- HR Professional, PHR Certification highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years directly related work experience with demonstrated proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with various ATS systems
- Proficient in MS Office, including Visio
- Competency using social media platforms for recruiting
