About the Company:  Hiregy is currently recruiting for a contract HR Specialist/Assistant for our client in the Westshore/Airport area. 

Type:  Contract

Hours:  8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (flexible)

Job Description:  

  • Compiling requested data and populating forms for OFCCP
  • Assisting with pre-employment questionnaires – making sure departments are using them appropriately
  • Auditing compensation information for accuracy
  • Auditing HR files
  • Administrative support to various departments
  • Assist with updating information on job boards and auditing job descriptions
  • Assisting with development on onboarding kit for new employees

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an HR department
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative
