Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Server POC to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
You will serve as a key point of contact, supporting document processing, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and review documents for processing
- Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person
- Provide professional and responsive customer service
- Support team coverage and assist with cross-functional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience required
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working with databases and web-based systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Background Check and Drug Screening Required
