Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job description:

Entered and updated disability plan data from insurance carriers into internal systems with high accuracy
Monitored and corrected data discrepancies to ensure completeness and compliance
Utilized multiple systems, carrier websites, and internal applications to process and upload client information
Collaborated with internal partners to receive, verify, and input data accurately
Handled inbound and outbound communication related to data entry while maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment
