Type: Contract to hire
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls.
- Gather detailed address information from customers and get a basic overview of the service issue.
- Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone.
- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
- Relate these details to the service crew that will answer the call
- Prioritize service requests and schedule jobs accordingly to address the most urgent customer needs as quickly as possible.
- Update customer files as information is received from installation.
- Timely routing technicians to service calls.
- 1-3 Years Customer Service Experience
- Must have attention to detail
- High School Diploma Required
