Dispatcher/Customer Service

Pay: $14hr

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Type: Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls.
  • Gather detailed address information from customers and get a basic overview of the service issue.
  • Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone.
  • Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
  • Relate these details to the service crew that will answer the call
  • Prioritize service requests and schedule jobs accordingly to address the most urgent customer needs as quickly as possible.
  • Update customer files as information is received from installation.
  • Timely routing technicians to service calls. 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years Customer Service Experience
  • Must have attention to detail
  • High School Diploma Required
