JOB ID 13713 – Customer Service / Inventory

Location: Tampa, 33626

Pay: $11.00/hour, performance-based increase after temporary period $12.50

Type: Contract-to-hire

Hours: M-F, 8:00 – 4:30 (30) min lunch

Job Duties
1.) This person will be taking inbound calls from customers asking about shipping information.
2.) They will also take calls and emails to place new part orders.
3.) They will answer questions clients have about updates on shipping, product info or if there is an issue with an order.
4.) They will help unbox the parts that come in every day for about 20 minutes. Boxes weight normally 10 – 15 pounds.
5.) They will help inventory the parts that come in.

Requirements

  • MUST have 1 plus year of CSR type exp.
  • MUST be ok with getting dirty as the parts come in from gas stations and have gas/oil on them. (They will give them gloves, masks etc nothing dangerous)
  • Biggest thing is knowing this can be a dirty job, they MUST want to be part of the team and be on time, no drama work hard an hope to make this a long term role
