Job Duties

  • Sources qualified candidates to fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Creatively and proactively works to find ways to source candidates through external job postings, niche job boards, social media, etc.
  • Conducts phone screens to determine skill level and capabilities of potential candidates
  • Builds pipeline of qualified technical candidates for future openings
  • Schedules interviews via phone, in-person, and at office locations 

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred ?
  • 3+ years’ experience in the full recruiting lifecycle, with a preference for accounting/finance, IT, sales and/or recruitment in the payment processing industry
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment
  • Ability to clearly define ideal candidate profiles and create an action plan to source them
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
