Pay: $15.00 p/hr
Hours: Must be flexible between: 830am -8pm Monday to Friday
Type: Contract to Hire
- Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Participates in special projects as assigned.
- Maintains the integrity of the company and products offered by complying with federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Updates and maintains logs accurately to track workflow through the department.
- Inputs data into the policy system accurately.
- Communicates with agents for required information, tracks, and follows up as needed.
- Issues documents and reports to agents as required.
- Sets up and/or maintains policy files in order per company procedures, labeling e-mails and/or documents accurately and adding detailed notes where needed.
- Answers phones, assisting with inquiries, or transferring calls to the correct recipient.
- Carries out all tasks within the required timelines.
- Other duties as assigned
- One year relevant experience; in Commercial Residential Insurance industry preferred but not required.
- MS Office skills
- HS Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- Background check required
