Job #12743 | Call Center Supervisor (8:00 – 5:00 / 9:00 – 6:00)

We are looking for a call center supervisor for a rapid growing healthcare solutions company in the Westchase area! This is a great position for someone with previous team lead or supervisor experience in a call center environment!

Pay: $40,000-60,000 (depends on experience)

Schedule: 8:00 – 5:00

Start Date: ASAP

Description:

  • Supervise a call floor with about 15-20 CSR’s
  • Encourage CSR’s to hit KPIs
  • Help with training and coaching with the CSR's that need help
  • Daily monitoring of KPIs and call volume along with helping provide call feedback from recordings

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of call center experience as a team lead or supervisor
  • Must be able to work extended hours
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
