Type: Contract, project-based role

Duration: Approximately (4) months

Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Answering basic benefits questions that employees have mostly via email and sometimes over the phone (Most common questions are how to I add my spouse onto my benefit plan)
  • Electronic filing of letters forms the insurance companies into ADP
  • Organizing and cleaning out our reduced storage space 
  • Ordering items for Thrive/Fun Committee and helping to get them shipped out. Example of this would be ordering 200 water bottles for an office in Georgia and making sure they get there in time for the company event
  • Helping research and organize compliance action items 

Requirements

  • MUST have 3+ yrs of office corporate experience
  • If they have HR exp that is helpful but NOT required
  • MUST have a high level of empathy, confidentiality and be organized
