Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM *special work hours
Pay: Around $18.00-$19.00/hour depending on experience

Job Duties:
-Admin duties including reception, answering phones, taking messages, and filing 
-Scheduling and coordinating events and travel 
-Administer company safety records and corporate registrations 
-Assist Business Development with proposals and other duties as needed 
-Assist HR Department with handling confidential documents and files 

-High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential info
-Advanced level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-Experience with Gmail for Business preferred
-High degree of attention to detail
-Ability to communicate and interact with individuals of all levels
