Pay: On-target earnings $61,600 per year
$20.00 per hour plus monthly commission (uncapped)

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

Job description:

• Drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls to new and existing customers, converting leads and activating accounts
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and retention
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and objection handling
• Ensure all interactions are compliant, accurately documented in CRM systems, and aligned with healthcare regulations
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including conversion rates, revenue per contact, call volume, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Must have (4)+ years of call center sales (ideally 80-100+ dials/day)
