Office Admin/Customer Service


Family owned food distribution company in Sanford has an immediate need for a Customer Service/Office Administrator to assist with general office duties and servicing customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has been in the Florida area for over four generations.

Type: Contract-to-hire

Schedule:   M-F 8-4:30 or 8:30-5

Pay: $14 an hour

Job Description:          

  • Order entry
  • Answer phones/emails
  • Retrieve and send out mail
  • Filing
  • Taking samples orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding their orders.
  • Track orders in ERP system and schedules in Excel
  • General office duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma/GED
  • Must have previous office admin and customer service experience
  • Basic computer, math and office equipment skills/knowledge (how to use scanner, phone, fax, copier, calculator)
  • Must know Basic Excel (order entry), Word and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent at multi-tasking, attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Should be reliable and have great attendance record
