Administrative Operations Specialist

About the Company: Well-established and stable company in the Westshore area is looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity with an exceptional company. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong multitasking skills.

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm 30 minute lunch

Pay: Hourly, depending on experience   

Job Description

  • This person helps ensures that ALL the details on the work orders are correct for clients ordering copiers.
  • They will collect paperwork from the sales team and at times with clients to make sure all documents are in place in signed.
  • They will process the service agreements as well as new ones should one be added.
  • They will get meter readings for copier counts from clients at times.
  • Part of this role entails updating any billing information for clients.
  • They will help schedule all deliverers with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have 5 or more years of office experience
  • Prefer Copier experience, SAP exp, or any similar industry
  • MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation 
  • Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment  
  • Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workers
