Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Company: Local Tampa company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their growing organization. The Talen Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities including sourcing, searching/screening, talent pipeline development and the selection process. 

Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $55K+

Job Description:

  • Using the company social media resources to help brand and online presence and attract talent
  • Managing the career site, Facebook Page, Glassdoor Account to engage talent 
  • Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies that will attract competitive talent in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. 
  • Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers. 
  • Recommend, implement and report on metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of processes, sources and activities; recommend action items, improvements or alternatives based on data 
  • Partner with hiring managers /executives to understand the requirements for active and future positions

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ full cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience filling technical, hard to fill positions
  • Ability to utilize various resources to identify talent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to develop meaningful and trusted relationships and to manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • PHR certification a plus
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/biotech/chemistry environment a plus
  • Ability to develop and build relationships through networking
