Customer Service Representative

Type:  Contract to hire

Schedule:   9am to 5pm

Pay:  $13 Hr. plus commission

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Make 80 outbound calls, per day, to existing customers
• Meet quota of 6 downloads, per day
• Track and follow up on downloads to ensure utilization within one week
• Maintain high level of customer service while adhering to company standards
• Backup to respond to marketing generated leads
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
College Degree preferred Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multi-task priorities
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to upsell
Ability to mirror customer Self-starter and highly motivated Computer skills are necessary including some Microsoft Excel knowledge
