Receptionist /Accounting Administrative Specialist

This is a really neat hybrid role that is brand new to the company.  This person will handle administrative tasks, Accounts Receivable, Payable and payroll. This company provides on site chefs, free breakfast and lunch! 

Contract to hire

$12 hr curing contract then $14 once perm

Hours: Monday to friday 8am to 5pm


  • Reception, greet customers and answer phones.
  • Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable information into accounting system.
  • Contact customers and/or vendors for payment information when necessary.
  • Must be able to handle multiple office tasks.

Experience Required:

  • Must have experience handling office administrative functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and use various software programs including Word, Access, Excel and Dynamics, and basic accounting software.
