Customer Service Representative/Tech Support

About the Company: A global company located in South Orlando is looking to hire a number of Customer Service/Tech Support Agents to join their team for a seasonal project running from June through end of October.

Type: Contract (5 months)

Schedule:  Monday-Friday; 8:00a - 5:00p

Pay: $16.25 an hour

Job Description:

  • Supports customers through incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails
  • Uses analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Data entry into web based sites
  • Will be responsible for sending out documentation and digital filing instructions to customers
  • Will be required to use exceptional customer service skills to provide accurate answers and solutions to the customer

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6 months - 1 year customer service required 
  • 6 months to 1 year of technology-focused experience preferred (basic tech support ideal)
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Outlook or other email system required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Must be proficient with computers and know how to navigate multiple screens
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced grammar and writing skills
  • High School Diploma required, some college preferred
