Administrative Assistant

About the Company: Well-established and stable company in Tampa is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a medical background and possess excellent customer service skills.

Type: Contract – hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Train then 8:30 -5:30

Pay: $12.50-13.00hr 

Job Description

  • Will be working in Excel ro reconcile orders
  • Make Outbound calls to Warehouse to make sure correct orders are being shipped
  • Contact Physician offices to verify information Minimal Patient contact, but will be required at times to assist with overflow
  • Filing, scanning and gather proper documentation
  • They will also at times take calls to find out where their packages is and help with tracking information.

Requirements and Qualifications                               

  • 2 years of working experience in a customer service/office environment
  • Prefer bilingual – both Spanish and English
  • MS Office proficient- Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation 
  • Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment  
  • Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workers
