Administrative Assistant

Company:  Well-established and stable office in Downtown St. Petersburg area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start immediately.

Pay: $15.00+ hr

Schedule:   M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Job Description:  

  • Screens and directs telephone calls while offering general assistance to customers as needed
  • Clerical duties, including scanning and filing
  • Responsible for properly handling any outgoing and incoming correspondence
  • Preparing estate documents for lawyer (template) 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good phone etiquette with exceptional communication skills 
  • Proficient with Google Calendar
  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
  • Strong communication and grammar skills 
  • Professional presentation 
  • Able to multi-task
