Marketing Admin Assistant

About the Company: National company is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant for a position located in the Central Orlando area. This position will require a high attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities. Must have some marketing and office support experience.  

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

  • Providing general admin support including answering calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, conference calls and set itineraries for meetings
  • Organize calendars, make travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Create marketing materials such as proposals, flyers, presentations, etc.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations by compiling information and be able to insert charts, tables and pictures  
  • General office support including ordering supplies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of Admin and Marketing experience
  • Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop preferred
  • MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Can adhere to meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Effectively communicates both in writing and verbally
  • Strong written communication skills using proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment
