Client Accounts Clerk

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:    

  • Interact with attorneys, their assistants and clients
  • Respond to requests quickly, effectively and accurately
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Responsible for providing invoice copies and statements of account to attorneys, clients, or colleagues
  • Monitor and manage the Client Services Team email, Account Services, and the Firm’s billing voicemail mailbox
  • Generate monthly reminder statements and distribute to the Firm’s clients
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
