Call Evaluator - Quality Assurance

About the Company: Call center quality monitoring company, located in Maitland, is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented call monitors to join their team.  

Type: Contract-to-Hire  

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Job Description:

  • Review/audit customer service calls for a specific client, assessing to ensure certain key points were or were not hit.
  • Candidate will answer certain questions, making notes in an online system to rate the overall quality of the call.
  • Calls range in length, but on average, candidate will review 10 calls per hour.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be computer savvy and know how to navigate multiple screens
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Previous quality assurance experience a plus
  • College degree preferred (AA or BA/BS or comparable work experience)
  • Can work independently
