Contract Front Desk/HR Admin

We have a Contract HR Assistant/Front Desk opportunity with a growing company located in Seminole County. This position is an excellent opportunity to join an established company. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:

•    Supports the Management Team by aiding in a variety of general clerical duties
•    Greets visitors, manages sign-in log for all visitors and guests
•    Answer and screen phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
•    Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes, email, texts, recordings, and alerts
•    Handles employment application intake
•    Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
•    Assists with new-employee orientations
•    Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong administrative experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
  • ATS experience is a plus
  • Thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment

Hours: M-F 8:30a-5:00p

Contract Length: 4 weeks, could go longer
