Type: Contract, there is potential for full-time conversion depending on their performance and attendance

Location: St. Petersburg, 33716

Hours: M-F, 12:00 PM (NOON) to 5:00 PM

Pay: Around $15.00-$18.00/hourly DOE

This person will be providing front desk, administrative support to the corporate Marketing Department.

Job Duties:

  • Greet department visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escort visitors to appointments
  • Answer department mainline, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate party
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by supervisor


  • At least 1 year of recent, professional office experience, either as a Receptionist or Office Assistant
  • Fluent user with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Very professional - they will be sitting at the front desk and will be the first person who greets visitors, employees, and occasionally the CEO
  • Customer service oriented
