HR Coordinator

About the Company:   Local Downtown Tampa company currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join their winning team.  This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, growing organization!

Job Description:  This position is responsible for assisting the HR Team with general clerical support. 

  • Data entry of all new employee information into HRIS system (Paycor)
  • Initiate background checks for all new employees
  • Create employee list and track information by managing multiple spreadsheets
  • Assisting with payroll as needed
  • Ensure all data is interested in a timely manner

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years Previous HR Coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills – v-look ups
  • Paycor experience a plus, not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
