Global Certifications Administrator

About the Company: International organization in Lake Mary is seeking an Administrator to assist with their Global Certifications team.

Assignment Length: Contract-to-hire

Hours: M-F 8:00a-5:00p, one hour lunch

In this role you will:

1) Review member's certification documents and update them in the database.
2) There are 5 different certifications so must properly approve correct certification.
3) There are continued education credits to maintain certain certifications so this person will be updating the system with this info.
4) Respond to candidate incidents, manage Certification Candidate Management System service queues.
5) Other administrative duties as assigned.
6) This role will work directly with candidates, internal employees and management.

Requirements:

Previous admin experience.

Associates Degree or equivalent related experience preferred. 

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.

Computer savvy, Intermediate Microsoft Access and/or Excel skills and experience with database management required.

Accuracy and speed are important .

Has great attention to detail.

Types minimum of 30 WPM.

Experience with an international organization would be a huge plus.
