National Accounts Coordinator

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5 :00 pm

Pay: $10.00 – $12.00

Job Description

  • Provide team assistance for accurate, timely and professional communications to clients 
  • Creation of client paperwork and reporting using Word, Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro 
  • Analyzation of client paperwork and reporting to identify problems or discrepancies 
  • Processing of new and post hire reports based on client’s scope of work 
  • Work accurately as a team contributor on all assignments 

Requirements and Qualifications                               

  • Must have High School or GED
  • 1+ year of some office experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Type 60 WPM, 95% accuracy
  • Professional communication skills
