Pay: Around $65,000-$80,000 depending on previous similar recent experience


Job Duties:

  1. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Collaborate and support the Director in establishing organizational structure, goal, policies, dispute resolution, coaching, and enhancing overall company employee performance. This role will drive the performance appraisal and feedback programs, assist with ongoing assessment, and require recommendations. 
  2. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Maintain knowledge of employment laws, make recommendations and update policies. 
  3. COMPENSATION & COMPLIANCE: Assist with annual projects, preparing reports, compensation survey data, affirmative action reporting, pay reviews, etc. 



  • BS Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development/Psychology, or similar areas required.
    A Master’s degree in OD, business or related field is strongly preferred
    Current certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or other) will put you ahead of the pack.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a Talent/OD role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and spin many plates.
  • Performance Management:
    Sophisticated performance management experience, experience with automated performance management platforms required (they are using ADP Workforce now but open to other systems)
    Must have experience with one-to-one coaching
  • Strong multi-state legal compliance background, PA/CA experience referred
  • Organizational Planning:
    Experience breaking down different roles into levels within the organizational structure, grades, job titles, etc.
    Success planning experience highly desired
  • Must have a strong correlation with value-added, must demonstrate results based on improvements in the past/proven experience
  • Must come from a large company 500+ employees
