Customer Service Representative

About the Company: Well-established Insurance Company in the Clearwater area is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity with an exceptional company, who is seeking service minded and empathetic individuals with the ability to easily train and retain information.

Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay: $14.00 hourly, depending on experience

Job Description

  • Respond to the needs of policy owners, general agents, producers, field personnel and home office employees
  • Serve as the primary service contact for customers
  • Communicate daily via phone and email
  • Assist in processing policy level transactions within level of authority

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to obtain licensure within 6 months
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy

Preferred:

  • Property, casualty. auto, home, claims, or flood experience
  • Associates Degree
  • 4-40 Customer Service Representative Licensure
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
