Receptionist, Accounting Clerk

About the company: Well established family owned company in Clearwater is seeking a Receptionist, Accounting Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual with a growing company.

Type: Temp to hire, will hire after 520 hour temporary period

Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Pay: $12.00+ hourly, depending on experience

Job Description:

  • Answering phone
  • Payroll 
  • Computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail to have the aptitude for accounting clerk
  • AP - Entering invoices and checking against receipts
  • Assisting with accounting data entry/clerical work
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Very little direction needed, takes initiative 
  • Printing job travelers and drawings from the system

Requirements:

  • Experience with data entry for accounting functions: attention to detail
  • Experience with answering phones and multi-tasking in a role
  • Minimum (1) year of related work history
