Office Manager

About the Company: Well-established engineering company in Downtown Orlando is looking for an Administrative professional to help run the office. The ideal candidate will have office management and/or administrative experience and demonstrate outstanding communication skills!

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: Depending on Experience

Job Description:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.

  • Helping put together proposals, proofreading, tagging, saving, filling and binding.

  • Ordering and setting up lunch when they have board meetings, cleaning up after.

  • Assisting with the accounting department (data entry and mailing invoices, filing, checkbook balancing, etc).

  • Opening and distributing mail. Manage FedEx shipping labels and packages.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Assist with reporting.

  • Be able to troubleshoot or call for service if there are any issues with office equipment.

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Admin Experience

  • HS diploma, additional schooling preferred but not required

  • Basic Excel, Word and Outlook Skills

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with office equipment; able to archive files electronically
  • MUST have Notary or get it ASAP
  • Experience with AutoCAD or GIS is a plus
