Customer Service

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Professional in Clearwater for one of our clients. 

Contract to hire role

Pay: Depends on experience

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and sales team daily via phone and in person 
  • Coordinate the accurate entry of sales orders 
  • Confirm outbound shipments 
  • Address complaints concerning billing or service rendered escalating complaints to Quality Assurance, Sales management and Operations to investigate 
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for sales administration team, and service department. 
  • Send email, faxes, news letters, and marketing collateral to prospective customers 
  • Answer inbound calls from customers to resolve before passing to the sales team

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma 
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Ability to write simple memos and correspondence (writing skills)
  • Ability to problem solve independently
