About the Company: Well Established Construction company is seeking a front Desk Bilingual Admin. If you have some experience working at a front desk, answering calls, resolving issues and clerical experience, this is the role for you! Located in Brandon.

Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00-13 hr

Schedule:   M-F 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Job Description:  Your min responsibilities will be:     

  • Organize and maintain new hire, employee files
  • General filing
  • Run monthly DMV checks on current staff
  • Order office supplies
  • Communication and follow up on monthly reports
  • Employee verification

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must Be Bilingual-Spanish

Have Administrative experience
