Job Description:  Your main responsibilities will be:

1- Distribution liaison between customers, sales, warehouse, vendors and operations.
2- Communication of product movement needs, including order processing, inventory control and purchasing of product to fill customer demands.
3- Coordination of daily deliveries of customer and distributor orders with company route drivers, warehouse shipping dept. and outside carriers.
4- Schedule and follow up of outbound orders, inbound purchases and drop shipments.
5- Maintenance of customer database with current delivery information, customer-informed delivery schedule with requested lead-time and minimum orders. 

This position exists is to support the sales team, allowing for more efficient and effective order entry and processing, leading to more satisfied customers, increased product sales and revenue. 

This position is really a combination of customer service and administrative duties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

You will be positive and personable, looking for a professional workplace with a laid back, casual atmosphere. Great work ethic and integrity are a must, team interaction and support, flexible and adaptable to whatever needs to be done.

Must be very organized and detail oriented, as accuracy is vital; a real self-starter, looking to improve and grow within the company. Client service and support is

the highest priority, and the team all does whatever is necessary to achieve this.  You will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service in an office environment where you use the phone and email to interact with customers.

You will have demonstrated strong skills in professional communication, typing, Excel, Word and Outlook and will be familiar with using standard office equipment. 

Bilingual is a plus.
