About the Company: Well-established non-profit facility in Tampa is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the EVP and Department Director 

Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $17.50

Job Description: 

  • Provide administrative/secretarial support
  • Answer calls for the EVP office and route appropriates
  • Order supplies 
  • Coordinate by-law changes
  • Provide support for various committees
  • Coordinate small in-house meetings
  • Responsible for membership reports

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years administrative support experience
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to type 45+ wpm
