Job Description:
- Provide administrative/secretarial support
- Answer calls for the EVP office and route appropriates
- Order supplies
- Coordinate by-law changes
- Provide support for various committees
- Coordinate small in-house meetings
- Responsible for membership reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years administrative support experience
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type 45+ wpm
