Claims Processor

We are currently hiring for a Medical Claims Processor for one of our clients in the Brandon area. 

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Contract with possibility of contract to hire

Pay: Depends on Experience

Job Duties:

• Validate the information on all medical claims received to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information 
• Data Entry of claims into system 
• Process claims in accordance to plan design 
• Maintain/manage all claim inventories in accordance with health plan and regulatory policies 
• Display maturity, composure and ability to operate under stressful conditions

Requirements:

• 2 + Years' experience processing medical claims
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Independent judgement in decision making skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Computers skills in Excel, Outlook and 10 key data entry
• Attention to detail
