Customer Service Representative

About the Company:  Multiple Customer Service Representatives needed for a well established 24/7 Call Center in the Orlando area. This company provides businesses with internet based training, continued education, and business solutions. In this role, you will be the face of the company! 

Type: Contract to Hire for 600 hours before going perm 

Schedule:  Will work a 40hr schedule, 5 days a week. Must be available for 2nd shift working on Sat/Sun/Mon with flexibility for the remaining 2 days. Schedule permits two consecutive days off. 

Benefits 90 days after going perm:  medical, dental, vision and paid vacation) with a path for growth that includes possible overtime. Gym onsite that is FREE to use from day one.

Your main responsibilities will be:      

  • Take inbound calls (approx. 15-20 an hour).
  • Respond to emails from customers and prospective customers across the nation.
  • Respond to Live Chats generated through website.
  • Enter notes from communication with customers into database. 

You are the right person for this role if you meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, no college required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to handle upset customers in a patient and kind manner.
  • Proficient computer skills to include experience with FireFox, IE, Puffin, Chrome, Safari, Flash Updates, Clear Cache, Cookies.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple screens to obtain information.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Comfortable being on the phones most of the day on a consistent basis. 
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus!
